Automation and Manual Control

 Automation should leave room for manual correction.

I don't mind correcting settings that have been automatically selected for me.

I do mind not having any control to set things manually when the automatic selection does not suit me.

The ONLY things that should be completed automated are those things that can be now and forever correctly selected automatically 100% of the time.  That is a pretty high bar.

Parable addresses a group of people who may not agree on a common set of axioms and delivers them to multiple diverse conclusions.

Parable illuminates a larger context with new dimensions and more possibilities.

Leadership

Before you command others that they do things,  take on the labor of foundation and bridge building.

Prepare a way for them. 

Margin of Respect

Respect  =  Cost / Price * Quality

Reducing costs and quality while maintaining or increasing prices reduces value and respect.

Overcoming Knowledge

I am beginning to have grave doubts about all that I know.
